CONTEXT & CHALLENGE
Trim had developed many features in the financial space for their product, however, when conducting internal and user interviews, it was clear that the core product goal was nebulous.
Working with a PM, I helped develop a product narrative around “Saving Money” that would transform the disjointed feature into a holistic experience. This included reframing each of their features around the idea of saving money, as well as sunsetting features that no longer fit into the new product vision.
Using a combination of user research and the new narrative as a guide, I redesigned many parts of Trim’s product including their Dashboard, Onboarding, and Landing Pages, and pay walls.
